Deliveries
We aim for all deliveries to be as smooth, quick, and easy as possible. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.
Small to Medium Packages:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.49, aims to deliver the next working day; however can take up to 2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99, with 2-3 working days.
Additional notes:
All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day.
This also counts for orders placed on weekends and bank holidays.
As soon as your order is sent out, we will provide you with a tracking number. This will allow you to easily monitor the shipment and see when your parcel will be with you.
All orders will be left in a specified safe place if you are not in at the time of delivery.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that Plumbco is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order, but please be patient as we wait for Royal Mail to deliver your package.
Pallet Deliveries:
For larger items such as boilers, radiators and baths, we will use pallet deliveries, which will be done by ourselves at Plumbco. Once we have received your order, we will be in contact to arrange delivery to your address.
Please note that pallet deliveries are kerbside only, so please make sure that you have assistance available to help you get the products into your property.
It is important that you are in on the day of delivery of your pallet. If you are not in when a pallet is attempted to be delivered, your pallet will be taken back to stores and a further charge will be added for the pallet to be redelivered.
If for any reason you won't be in on the arranged delivery, please call us straight away on 01933 224100.
We want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible and that you are happy with the delivery service. If you have any questions or concerns about deliveries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Free order collection
You can collect your order free of charge from our Wellingborough branch: Midland Business Units 1 & 2, Finedon Rd, Wellingborough NN8 4AD.

If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days, please contact us to arrange a collection extension.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for collection immediately. We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.
Online Returns Process
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Plumbco Online. However, if you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
We will refund the cost of the item to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Providing the item is in its original packaging and is in a resalable condition.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it has been it has been sent out for shipment. Once your order has been marked as complete/shipped please contact us if you wish to cancel the order and we can discuss a resolution.
Cancelling an order with Plumbco is simple and easy, just send us an email to weborders@plumbco.co.uk with your order number and as long as the item hasn’t been sent out, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payment needs to be back to the original card and will take 3-5 working days for you to receive your refund.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at weborders@plumbco.co.uk. We will need you to provide the following information:
Once we have received this information, we will investigate the matter and take the appropriate action. This may include sending you a replacement item or issuing you a refund.
What to do if you receive a damaged item:
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
