Plumbco-Online is committed to getting your ordered item to you on time and we are working with the best customer service companies to achieve this. We have tried are very best to make sure that delivery is as easy as possible.
Small to Medium Packages
These parcels will be delivered by either UPS, DPD Local or if we can by ourselves. With the courier companies as soon as your order is sent out we will also send a tracking number so this can be easily monitored by you to see when your parcel will be with you. Parcels sent by courier will be left in a secure place or with a neighbor. If this is done by ourselves we will send an email to let you know if it will be an am or pm delivery and same again as with the courier company we will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that deliveries by a courier can arrive at any time between 7:00 a.m. and 19:00 p.m.
When sending out a pallet this will be done for items such as boilers, radiators, bathrooms etc. and will be delivered once again via a courier or by Plumbco. Once we have received your order we will be in contact to arrange delivery to your address. Items that are delivered by a pallet is only a kerbside delivery, so please make sure that assistance is available with friends or family to help get the products in to your property.
It is important that you are in on the day of delivery of your pallet. If when a pallet is attempted to be delivered and you are not in then your pallet will be taken back to stores and a further charge will be added for the pallet to be re-delivered.

Online Returns Process
Plumbco takes customer service seriously and have done for 25 years, so we will make every step as easy as we can for you to return items that either aren’t required or are damaged.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it has been it has been sent out for shipment or you can cancel an order up to 14 days after we have delivered the item to you, then you have a further 14 days to return the item back to us.
Cancelling an order with Plumbco is simple and easy, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and as long as the item hasn’t been sent out, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payment needs to be back to the original card and will take 3-5 working days for you to receive your refund.
Returning an item
If the item has been delivered to you and you want to return this, then please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item with your order number and a reason for returning the item to us. Once this has been done we will then send over a returns note which will need to be with the item you are retuning back and also the address to send this back to. Please make sure that the item is sent back to us within the 14 days from the day that we send you over the return note. Also note that any returns back to us will be at your expense.
Once we have received the item back we will then let you know when it has arrived back with us and providing the original packaging is in a resalable condition we will then issue a full refund to the card this was paid on, excluding any delivery charges.
When the item is returned it would be great if you could return the product in the original box it come in, if you have discarded this then that’s fine but please make sure the items original packaging is protected when its sent back. Please note that if this is not the case, this could be subject to charges or item not being refunded as all products need to be in a resalable condition.
On some products there will be a re-stocking charge if returned and this can be up to 25%, but we will make sure that this is clearly stated in the item description.
On the rare occasion that an item arrives to you damaged then please notify us straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. When you email us please include the order number, what the damage is and also pictures of the box and the damaged item. Once we have confirmed this with you we will then arrange with you the next course of action which would include a new item delivered and you returning the item back to us, then when have received the damaged item back we would then refund any carriage charge to you for sending the item back, this would be at the standard carriage charge rate.
