A: No, we're proud to supply to both the general public and trade customers. Please note, registering for a trade account unlocks a multitude of exclusive benefits tailored to meet your professional needs.

A: We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery services. For larger items, such as boilers and radiators, we offer local pallet deliveries or collection.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Royal Mail Tracked 24 deliveries typically take 1 working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries typically take 2-3 working days. Pallet deliveries may take up to 5 working days.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150.

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: Yes, you can collect your order free of charge from our branch in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage
